In the previous part, you had the chance to uncover more about Pieter’s background and his time at Durmstrang. After some dueling and flying, Pieter expressed his exhaustion and hesitated to tour Hogwarts, preferring to return to the courtyard. This sparked your curiosity about his reluctance, leading to a conversation where he revealed that he often skipped classes at Durmstrang due to the school’s strict and uninspiring atmosphere. Despite trying to change the subject, Pieter eventually admitted that the seriousness of Durmstrang made it hard for him to focus, and he shared how different it was compared to the lively, engaging lessons at Hogwarts.

In addition to these revelations, Pieter also reflected on how isolated he felt at Durmstrang, where classes were often sterile and dull. His desire to be a better student was hindered by the school’s rigid environment, which made learning feel more like a burden than an adventure. Proceed to the Training Grounds when you are ready. Penny will thank you for inviting her, as she’s very curious to learn what life at Durmstrang is like. You’ll mention that it seems Pieter has prepared everything for your lesson, and you’ll start wondering what he might be about to teach you.

After a few moments, Pieter will interrupt your conversation in a teacher-like tone.

After that, you will sit down, and Pieter will say that you can begin the lesson, where you’ll discuss the Dark Arts. However, when Penny and you try to add something to the discussion, he will interrupt and remind you that you must not interrupt the professor during a lesson.

To study in the Durmstrang style, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Pieter. Prioritize these actions to save some energy.

He will then say that this is the end of his lecture on the Dark Arts and that he’s sure you’re eager to be dismissed. However, he’ll add that you won’t be, because, as always, the class will not end until one of you has successfully completed a pop quiz.

Following that, he will ask you which of these common spells often used in dueling is not sourced in the Dark Arts. The correct answer is “Anapneo”.

Following that, he will congratulate you on completing your first Durmstrang lesson, adding that he hopes he wasn’t too strict and that he just wanted to give you a true sense of what it’s like to learn at Durmstrang. You’ll tell him that your classes at Hogwarts are quite different from his and that they are generally more interesting and flexible, but you understand why he might have avoided classes at Durmstrang.

You’ll tell Penny to prepare the Transfiguration classroom so that Pieter can have his first class and experience what life at Hogwarts is truly like through learning magic.

Go to the Transfiguration Classroom to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When Pieter enters the classroom, he will comment that it looks much better and warmer than the classrooms at his own school. You will say that thanks to Penny’s preparations, you can now teach him one of your favorite lessons.

Following that, Penny will place an adorable porcupine on the table. Pieter will say that he has never seen such a creature and ask if it is dangerous. There are two different options to choose from. Both of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

Then you will demonstrate the Transfiguration spell Hystrifors on the creature. Trace the wand movement to transfigure the porcupine to the pin cushion.

Trace the wand movement to cast Reparifarge.

Pieter will want to learn the spell, and you will tell him to listen carefully as you begin the lesson. To teach Hystrifors, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

You will say that this concludes your lesson and ask if he is ready to try the spell. He will find it strange that there is no quiz and that he only needs to try the spell. Following that, he will successfully cast the spell, demonstrating that you are an excellent teacher.

You will praise him, and he will say that it’s very fun to learn with you. He will wonder what your professors are like, and you will respond that they are all quite unique and each has their own charm, which will make him want to meet one of them.

Pieter will say that it’s quite different from his Durmstrang professors, some of whom have taught the same lessons for decades. Following that, you will suggest that you could do a little test run of your new lesson.

To learn the lesson, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Professor Flitwick. Prioritize these actions to save some energy.

You’ll learn that Professor Flitwick uses Glacius to freeze the dummies, and you’ll use Incendio to melt the ice without damaging them.

You will tell Pieter not to rush and to just take it slowly, focusing on melting the ice without damaging the dummies. Professor Flitwick will express his pleasure at your confidence and then ask you a question. The correct answer is “A flame”.

Following that, he will tell you to test the new spell you’ve learned. Trace the wand movement to cast Incendio.

You will successfully melt the ice.

Pieter will say that this has been the best lesson he’s ever had and will thank Professor Flitwick. He will express a desire to learn more, and you will suggest heading to the Potions Classroom.

Go to the Potions Classroom to meet Penny. Penny will say that based on Pieter’s experience at Durmstrang, he mentioned that Potions classes were dull, but you’ll add that you know a quick brewing session that will show him the opposite and prove that Potions can be thrilling.

She will explain that she was very excited to give Pieter a lesson in brewing the Wiggenweld Potion but unfortunately is missing some ingredients. You will tell her that this is actually a good way for Pieter to see more parts of Hogwarts and ask her what’s missing. However, she will reply that she doesn’t know exactly what’s missing and that you’ll need to help her find out.

When you finish, you will notice that you’re missing three ingredients: Ditanny, mint, and Flobberworm mucus. Penny will mention that her father naturally grows mucus in his garden, but unfortunately, he is far away. She will also say that Pieter would like her father, adding that she imagines he doesn’t meet many Muggles at Durmstrang. However, Pieter will immediately change his mood, which will seem odd.

You will suggest going to Hagrid’s to introduce Pieter to him and to find the missing ingredients. However, Pieter will say that he will find his own way to Hagrid and that he needs to leave, leaving the classroom in a hurry.

Following that, Penny will ask what you think might have caused Pieter to rush off like that. There are three different options to choose from. All of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

You’ll add that you’re sure Pieter will be fine once you’ve had a chance to talk with him.
