The Mussorgsky (Mikhailovsky) Opera and Ballet Theatre
A sad story of the court jester by the name of Rigoletto, who mocks the court of Count Monterone, and they curse him. The members of the court kidnap the jester's daughter Gilda, who is in love with the superficial Count. The saddened father desires revenge, but intrigues and huddles of the lascivious society lead to the death of the girl.
