The most successful version is that by Riccardo Drigo, a renowned Kapellmeister of Mariinsky theatre, who put together a new piece of art from Tchaikovsky?s music after the death of the great composer. The love story between Prince Siegfried and Odette, a girl who was transformed by the evil magician Rothbart into the Swan Queen. The power of selfless love destroys the sorcery, the evil is conquered, and the rays of the rising sun bring life, love and happiness.
